The route fully follows the junction system, namely 75-76-67-77-71-72-58-59-69-88-74-12-27-81. You can start the cycle route at any point on the route. A great point, for example, is junction 75, the Kerkplein in Sint-Odiliënberg, where you can also easily park a car.

The route is fully included in the Archeo Route Limburg app. Download the app and start the route from the app. Along the way you will be warned via a bell if you come to an interesting location.
An additional information leaflet about the Roerdalen Archaeo Cycle Route is also available. However, this is not necessary to cycle the route. The app gives you plenty of information about the sights along the way.

At four Archeo Route Limburg locations, you will discover various important aspects and finds from Roerdalen's history. Think about the story of the oldest drawing in the Netherlands, or learn more about the Romans at a real Roman villa site. You will also learn what the meaning of a motte used to be and how in Roerdalen a fortification was established during the Second World War. The route is a nice variation between villages and landscape. If you follow this route, you will also pass several other sights along the way and come across several lucky spots, which Roerdalen is famous for.
