You will pass the old monastery complex Jerusalem and the Great St. Petrus Branden Church. The building was rebuilt after it burned down in the second world war. Today, this building is used as town hall and arts centre.
At Smakt, you can visit the Sint Jozefkapel and Café Restaurant 't Pelgrimshuis. In March, which is the name day of Saint Joseph, thousands of pilgrims come to Smakt.
Further along the route, you will come across the Gothic Chapel, the well, the Rosmolen (the most picturesque water mill in Limburg) and the former Sint Servatius Psychiatric Institution.
